dc.description.abstract頭頸部鱗狀細胞癌簡稱頭頸癌,為台灣常見癌症之一,肇因酒精以及菸草之大量使用,且已成為台灣嚴峻的健康議題之一。病患經常需要做腫瘤之活體組織切片以此觀察癌症之惡化程度。由於大量證據顯示膠原蛋白纖維之生成可能與腫瘤之轉移及其複製能力有高度相關,本研究以膠原蛋白獨特之雙折射特性研究頭頸癌裡膠原蛋白之走向。我們以瓊斯矩陣(Jones Calculus)運算為基礎構建了一個雙折射理論模型並編寫程式以發展數值計算。實驗裡包含觀察牛筋以及頭頸癌病患之切片,並對19名病患做偏光顯微鏡的全切片影像分析。我們的程式亦表現良好的擬合。zh_TW
