dc.description.abstract近年來,社會大眾以及科學家們對於塑膠垃圾汙染的相關議題越來越重視,然而大多數的相關研究往往著重於模型分析以及電腦模擬,而忽略了野外實地獲取真實樣本的數據。我們致力於瞭解塑膠微粒與極端天氣事件 (如:颱風) 的關聯性。塑膠微粒的採樣地點位於新北市貢寮沙灘,為台灣人口最為稠密的縣市之一。採樣從2018上半年年開始至2019年年底附近,總共合計採樣九次;為達成完整時序的目的,包含了四個季節,其中每個季節至少有兩次以上的採樣。本論文裡要探討的塑膠微粒的在貢寮海灘一帶的數量多寡及分布,並分為1 – 5毫公分 (microplastic) 及 5 – 25毫公分 (mesoplastic) 兩個族群。在這些樣本中,觀察到極端天氣或是颱風之後的採樣,皆能觀察到塑膠微粒的汙染程度增加以及數量上升。論文內所提及的三個颱風皆有被中央氣象局發布過海上及陸上颱風警報。其中又以米塔颱風距離貢寮海灘最近,強烈的暴風圈影響之下,採集到的塑膠微粒1 – 5毫公分合計1837個、塑膠微粒5 – 25毫公分合計221個。塑膠微粒的汙染程度屬於2019年10月2日米塔颱風來襲之後採集到的最為嚴重,達到70.65個塑膠微粒每0.25平方公尺;於2018年4月27日乾季的塑膠微粒汙染程度較輕,僅7.96個塑膠微粒每0.25平方公尺。都市逕流、下水道排水系統、工業發展、觀光以及漁業活動是個大幅提高在颱風季裡塑膠微粒汙染程度的因素。zh_TW
