dc.description.abstract由於都市化程度遽增、都會生活愈加緊湊,使身心疾病罹患率逐年攀升,因此都市綠地與其得以提供之效益逐漸受到重視,而作為其中之一的效益─寧適感亦逐漸為人所關注。過去的研究證實,能提供足夠寧適感的寧適環境,可使到訪者獲得心理疲乏之恢復、注意力恢復、負面情緒恢復以及得到心理平靜而身心放鬆,但關於寧適環境的描述與構成因子尚不完全,且多數研究仍以實驗室研究進行,探討真實環境中對於寧適感的感受及該環境對負面情緒之影響仍然鮮少。因此本研究目的以現地調查之方式探討現地景觀環境視聽覺因子與寧適感、負面情緒以及注意力恢復之關係以及該環境對心率之影響。藉由Apple Watch及應用程式─HealthCloud,即時記錄心率變化、座標位置以及Apple Watch即時問卷量測寧適感、景觀偏好、魅力性、遠離日常生活性的作答結果,過程搭配iPhone及應用程式─Decibel: dB sound level meter量測周遭環境的音量,並記錄研究參與者在環境活動時所觀看的畫面,再經由影像分析計算環境的綠視率、天空可見性以及遭遇人數等評估指標,最後共分析397位研究參與者於國立臺灣大學校總區內,沿本研究設計覆蓋全校園之12條路線行走。研究結果顯示當景觀環境中的綠視率愈高時,個體的寧適感受程度愈高;景觀環境中的環境音量愈高、綠視率愈低、擁擠程度愈高時,個體容易感到焦慮;景觀環境的擁擠程度愈低時,個體容易感到壓力;景觀開闊度愈高且擁擠程度愈高時,個體的注意力恢復感知程度愈低;環境音量愈高、綠視率愈高、景觀開闊度愈低、擁擠程度愈高的景觀環境,個體的心率會較緩和。最後,本研究認為天氣以及聲音來源或許是影響寧適感與負面情緒之潛在因子之一,未來可再進一步探究天氣或微氣候、聲音來源對於寧適感與負面情緒之影響。zh_TW
