摘要: | 本論文提出了印刷式毫米波雙頻雙極化孔徑天線和陣列,具有良好的埠間隔離度和單方向的輻射場型之特色。所提出的天線單元具有雙埠正交饋入,可產生雙極化輻射,每個埠皆具有雙頻帶操作之特性。本文基於模態分析之設計概念和天線結構之輻射機制進行了工作原理的說明。藉由改變孔徑大小以及孔徑內的金屬形狀,所提出的天線單元以28GHz和38GHz的雙頻帶工作。此外,天線單元在兩個工作頻帶上也顯示出良好埠間隔離度(量測值小於-20dB),並且在正上方場型皆具有超過20dB之極化隔離度。本論文進一步利用該雙頻雙極化天線單元,提出了一個1×4陣列架構,量測結果顯示其可達-20dB之埠與埠隔離度,以及天線垂直極化低頻增益最高13.8dBi;高頻增益最高15.6dBi,天線水平極化低頻增益最高13.6dBi;高頻增益最高13.4dBi。此設計之天線特別適合在毫米波行動通信多輸入多輸出系統之應用,量測結果顯示與模擬結果有不錯的一致性。 This thesis presents the design and implementation of millimeter-wave dual-band dual-polarized aperture antennas and arrays for 5G Mobile Communication. The presented antenna consists of a compact cavity-backed aperture with patterned strips for dual-band radiation and two orthogonal feeding ports for dual-polarized operation. The design concepts based on the mode analysis and the radiation mechanism of the antenna radiation are comprehensively presented. By changing the shape of the metal strip in the aperture and the aperture area, the proposed antenna operates in dual bands of 28GHz and 38GHz. Using two simple orthogonal feeding ports, dual polarized radiations are achieved with maximum radiation at the zenith. The proposed antenna element shows a very good port-to-port isolation better than 25dB and a promising polarization isolation more than 20dB for the radiation patterns at the zenith, both over the dual operating bands. The thesis further designs a 1 by 4 array and investigates the coupling effects on the port impedance, the isolation, and gain patterns. |
