摘要: | 這個世紀,全球生育率及死亡率的持續下降,全球人口的老化趨勢日益嚴重,臺灣也無從倖免。眼觀臺灣人口的快速老化,不僅在2018年已經邁入高齡化社會,並預計將於八年後,成為超高齡社會。隨之而來的隱憂,會因為高齡所造成的勞動人口短缺,而使得勞動力不足的風險外,更有可能像歐洲、日本、韓國等許多國家,因為退休金的準備不足,而造成「下流老人」的「老後崩壞」問題,進而撼動整個經濟架構的安全性。老化的社會就好比退化的身體,絕對不是單一的問題,而是連動的環節相扣。
目前臺灣的年輕人,正面臨相對困窘的經濟環境,不論是學生對於未來職涯的迷惘,社會新鮮人找不到自己的工作價值,年輕的世代缺乏一個適當的管道或平台,能夠得到經驗者的資訊分享。綜合許多面向來看,經驗的傳承是社會進步的動力,唯有透過前輩的經驗傳承給後輩,減少年輕世代錯誤的機會,都可以幫助年輕世代走向正確的方向;因此,本篇論文希望提供一個平台,串聯起世代間的橋樑,讓前輩的經驗,更有效率的傳承給下一代,活絡青銀二代的共榮。同時,此平台也希望創造更多的家庭互動,藉由年輕世代的參與,帶動家中的退休成員,一起參與活動並且成為平台的講師,讓親子的關係,有更多共同的生活圈與話題,促使臺灣的家庭活動更加融洽。 本論文的發想與架構,希望給予退休者更多的機會,對於活動主辦者所困擾許久的不平等問題,提出有效的解決方案-活動主講者不需要擔負活動的成敗。目前,多數的活動主講者,領取的是已定的鐘點報酬,活動的成敗與否,都不會影響到主講者的收入,是否用心與關心當次的活動,是否願意主動宣傳活動,端看主講者的自由心證,像這樣不對稱的問題,存在許久卻苦無解決之策,其中最大的原因,在於主講者相對於舉辦者,雙方都是較有名氣的社經翹楚,不容易達到權力的和諧與對等。本平台的導向是舉辦者與主講者,兩邊都是社會的素人,為了兩邊的權利平衡,因此採用浮動薪酬的方式給付主講者,並給予舉辦者合理的回饋,以這樣的操作模式為基礎,可以使平台、主講者與舉辦者三方,對於活動都能全心全力的投入。為了快速吸引更多人,願意更積極參與舉辦活動或設計活動,平台前期計畫設立基金會,補助講師合理的報酬,輔導年輕學子加入並成為活動舉辦者,希望藉由年輕人的創意,結合退休者的經驗,使整個平台正向有機的成長,新世代的年輕人可以成為此平台成長的動力,年輕人與退休者都有更多的生活選項,達到世代共榮的美好社會。 就經濟層面的考量,合理穩定的收入是每個人安全感的來源,隨著退休後的薪資收入漸減,個人的消費金額也會轉趨保守;被需要的感覺,是存在最強大的動力;再者,由於退休後的社交生活圈縮小,被需要的感覺也會逐漸降低。當科技與醫藥幫助我們的壽命持續延長,老年不該是個句點,所以藉此平台架構,提供退休者另一種適齡優質的勞動模式,讓退休者不再單調度日,熟齡或高齡的生活,也能更多采多姿與多元化。 Due to the decreasing of the birth rate and the mortality rate, the trend of population aging is getting severe; Taiwan is no exception. Taiwan society is getting older at a fast pace, and it has become an aged society in 2018.Undoubtedly, it will be a super-aged society by 2026. The aging problem will lead us to face the challenges of labor lack as well as many seniors with insufficient pension, which other countries such as Europe, Japan, and Korea have already encountered. Currently, the young in Taiwan face a serious economic circumstance; they are also lack of directions and advice for their career planning It will be helpful if there are experienced people leading young generation and passing down the wisdom to them. By doing so, the young generation could reduce the unnecessary mistakes.They can find their desired direction and grow mature smoothly. This thesis is aim to provide a model that will connect the experienced seniors and the naiive juniors, which makes the valuable experiences pass down to the next generation. The other valuable mission is to generate more interactions within family’s young and elder members. As the proposed program will facilitate the young people to bring their elders to this program and share their expertise and experiences; through this process, they could be even closer than before. For the seniors, this proposed program not only provides the interesting and meaningful work opportunities to them, but also solve the problems of reliable work reward (payment), finding right sponsors, sustainability of hosting events for a long period of time. With the program, the seniors (knowledge-sharing party) will focus more on the things to be shared and a platform will be built up for them to do the sharing. On the knowledge sharing platform, as both sides (organizer and speaker) are fresh in business and society enterprise in mind, therefore, they can work together in a balanced way to create a long term win-win cooperation instead of short term profits. In order to attract more speakers and attendees to join this platform, a foundation will be set up in the initial phase. The foundation will recruit the juniors to join and train them to be the event hosts. Meanwhile the foundation will also attract experienced seniors to join and train the seniors to become good speakers. Combining those young creative minds with experienced souls, the platform will grow with significant values. The seniors will figure out that they have an additional way to make living with dignity. The juniors will have an additional channel to find their needed guides and helps. With the proposed program, it will generate additional meaning interactions between the seniors and the juniors and that will bring our society a further advance. Secure incomes are definitely important to the seniors. The proposed program will provide a way for the seniors to have secure income. In addition, feeling be needed is also invaluable asset the program will create. I believe with the success of the program illustrated in this thesis will make Taiwan aged society a BETTER ONE!! |
