dc.description.abstract | 大發科技(股)公司為資訊服務產業系統整合廠商(簡稱SI),Dafa於2000年從母公司Spin Off,2004年完成上櫃,公司成立至今20年,在資訊服務產業居領導地位。Dafa 2016年前主要業務範圍為代理銷售世界知名品牌電腦通訊及網路產品、提供資通訊系統整合建置維護服務;2017年決定超越傳統SI,開發數位轉型商機,提升產品加值專業能力並於2018年發展數位轉型解決方案,投入AI、大數據等創新技術研發,2019年聚焦智慧製造及智慧醫療等產業應用方案。 Bryan在2016年底榮升為Dafa董事長,對外需面對公司近六年(FY2011-2016)營收毛利皆無法大幅成長的困境,對內須解決組織間長久以來部門的本位主義,跨單位無法緊密合作的問題,深感責任重大。Bryan透過與經營團隊腦力激盪,思考該如何帶領團隊突破停滯不前的營收並提升毛利率。為了解決組織跨部門合作的問題,趁新的策略擬定後,同步調整組織架構,將原本偏功能型的組織調整為以產品及解決方案為導向的利潤中心組織,期許在新的組織架構下能夠順利推動新的產品及產業應用方案,帶來營收及毛利的大幅成長。 本課程的目標是期望學員們透過教師教學帶領,藉由本個案的介紹,讓學員們了解資訊服務這個產業及系統整合商(SI)營運概況。在了解個案公司所處的系統整合業所面臨的經營困境及管理議題;透過個案的議題,學員間可以彼此進行充分的討論,找出解決問題的方向。 本論文以哈佛式個案撰寫方法,包含個案本文及個案教學指引兩部份,教學指引對個案中需討論的內容做詳細說明,主要議題有SWOT分析、成長策略、資源基礎、組織調適、商業生態系統及價值共創,分別就文獻探討及個案分析做整理,讓學員透過本個案學習以達到理論與實務相結合之目的。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Dafa Technologies Inc. is a system integration supplier in the system integration industry (abbr. SI). Dafa spun off from mother company in 2000 and listed company at over-the-counter market in 2004. The company has been established over 20 years leading system integration position. Before 2016, Dafa's main business scope is to sell world-wide famous computer, communication and networking products also provided ICT integration and maintenance service. In 2017, Dafa decided to across traditional SI to develop digital transformation business opportunities that can enhance product value-added ability. In 2008, developing digital transforming solutions and investing AI, big data and other innovative technology research. In 2019, Dafa focus on intelligent manufacturing and smart healthcare solutions. Bryan was promoted to chairman of Dafa at the end of 2016 and is deeply responsible for addressing the long-standing inter-organizational departmentalism and the inability of cross-units to work closely together in the face of the company's nearly five-year (FY2011-2016) revenue and gross margin growth. Bryan brain storming with the management team about how to lead the team through stagnant revenue and increase gross margins. In order to solve the problem of cross-sectoral cooperation between organizations, the new strategy is formulated, the organizational structure will be adjusted simultaneously, the original functional organization will be adjusted to a product and solution-oriented profit center organization, in the hope that under the new organizational structure can smoothly promote new product and industrial applications, resulting in significant growth in revenue and gross margin. The objective of this course is to expect students to be led by teachers to provide participants with an overview of the information services and system integrated industry (SI) operations through the presentation of this case. In understanding the operational difficulties and management issues faced by the system integration industry in which the case companies are located, the participants can have a full discussion with each other to find out the direction of solving the problem. The thesis is written in a Harvard-style case-writing method, which contains two parts of the case paper and case teaching guidelines, which detail the contents to be discussed in each case, and the main topics are SWOT analysis, growth strategy, resource base, organizational adjustment, business ecosystem and value creation, respectively, to organize the literature discussion and case analysis, so that students can combine theory and practice through this case study. | en |
