| dc.description.abstract | 「All-on-4」全口一日重建技術，是提供全口無牙的病患解決活動假牙不便之處的治療方法。站在醫師及醫療品質的角度而言，All-on-4是目前全口重建的最佳解決方案；然而，此項技術自引進以來滲透率一直不如預期，僅佔適合接受該手術者中大約7%。本研究利用問卷調查，探討影響患者對此技術接受度較低之原因，並提出具體推廣建議，以期能夠進一步提升All-on-4全口一日重建技術的滲透率。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | 'All-on-4' one-day reconstruction technology is a full-arch restoration treatment for edentulous people. From the physician’s point of view, regarding the quality of medical care, All-on-4 could be considered the best solution for the full-arch restoration. However, the penetration rate has been less than expected since such technology has been adopted. Only about 7 percent of patients who are suitable for such surgery have accepted it. This study explored the reasons why patients are less inclined to all-on-4 full-arch restoration through questionnaire survey and suggested promotion strategies accordingly. | en |
