摘要: | 在站點相依性問題上,由於過去基於統計視窗之方法,只適用於多站點測試環境中,目前並無一有效之方法探討並解決檢測單站點測試環境異常之問題,在本篇我們有效的將單站點相依性問題轉化到異常物檢測上,應用並延伸 Hierarchical Temporal Memory (HTM) 之系統架構,在無監督串流模式下,即時監控反應站點每個時間點之異常狀態,有效的檢測出單站點測站測值飄移與測站穩定性下降之狀況,相較於傳統視窗模式之方法,能更早發現問題,提高產值,並節省不必要之大量儲存成本。
此外在 Numenta Anomaly Benchmark (NAB) 評分系統上,雖其目標與站點相依性檢測有些差異,我們提出之系統架構仍能提升HTM 檢測異常之準確性,並在效率上,可解決 HTM 未使用適用於串流分析之歷史統計分佈,所帶來之嚴重負荷。 In the study of site dependency, the previous methods based on the statistics are only applicable to the multisite test environments. There is no effective way to detect abnormal behaviors in the unisite testing environment. In this article, we effectively transform the subject of unisite dependency into the problem of anomaly detection. In unsupervised and streaming mode, we apply and extend Hierarchical Temporal Memory system architecture to monitor the abnormal status of the test site at each timestamp in realtime. By using our system architecture, we can effectively detect the situation of measured values drifting and stability degradation of the site. Compared to the methods based on statistics, it can detect anomaly situations earlier, increase yields, and save unnecessary storage costs. In addition, although the goal of Numenta Anomaly Benchmark is somewhat different from the target of detecting site dependency, our proposed system architecture can still improve the standard scores on Numenta Anomaly Benchmark. In terms of efficiency, Inplace Kde likelihood can solve the severe loads on HTM caused by the historical distribution which is not suitable for streaming analysis. |
