摘要: | 自從智慧型手機以及社群媒體風行以來,社群媒體的使用在全球引起廣泛的迴響,也造成影響世界的新趨勢,但企業卻因為安全因素禁止或者是不願意使用。
個案長春是一個具有R&D DNA的企業,很希望把這樣的社群媒體的應用引進企業,讓公司能夠形成合作無間的社群,強化公司的營運、節省成本,並且創造新的應用空間,所以個案長春就做了一連串的研發與Social Media的應用。 公司不用Social Media最主要的原因,第一個是安全顧慮,不希望員工用,第二個就是Social Media沒有與企業的ERP以及Operation做整合。所以在長春的應用方面,第一個加強了企業的骨幹,讓語音跟數據可以分流,作為通訊及社群媒體的第一個基礎,第二個基礎就是強調企業的安全性,在系統上面加了One-Time Pad資訊技術跟Token,用此作為所有互相認證溝通的安全化、企業化的根基。 個案長春應用人與機器跟系統的觀念作為建構基礎發展下列系統: Security OTP Token雲端的企業通行令牌 Unified Communication無國界全球企業通訊 Intelligence Robots智慧服務機器人流程與行為再造 LBS情境辦公室自動化調控 Abnormal Detection廢水連續自動化監控與通報 Wireless Dispatching System 空中派遣物流系統 這些系統已在長春廣泛的使用,不只達到企業化及安全化的目標,更為公司節省大量的成本,舉例而言以語音通訊成本來說五年來已節省逾一億兩千萬,並創造更好的溝通的媒介、更智慧的公司營運環境與客戶服務的情境。 Consumer’s use of communication tool these days has substantially surpassed the industrial enterprises as a result of wide popularity of smart phones and community software such as LINE, WeChat, Facebook etc. Enterprises has been widely seen to continue the adoption of software such as “email” as most effective tool in communication as opposed to community software due to concern and doubt over information security as well as effectiveness and capability in communication. Despite of above concerns, Chang Chun Group of Companies ('CCP') has taken the initiatives to complete the consolidation in corporate level communication. The consolidation encompasses the escalation of capability of communication software and ERP, electric control system and production equipment as well. This study provides an in-depth analysis on those key elements which leads to success in CCP's consolidation effort. There exists various degree of high level obstables on the way which CCP has managed to overcome and solve through the combined effort of well-educated and highly motivated personnel, managerial persistence in innovation and creative researcher in R&D. This study also aims to provide guidance and help for those industries which has intention to develop its own community media. Attention has to be drawn to the fact that success will rely on nurturing a corporate culture that encourages innovation, fosters the will to face challenges, motivates the use of creative idea, and strives to develop and commercialize products that are useful to the society. |
