| 摘要: | 近年來,隨著資訊及數位化的進展,生活型態及社會制度方面皆面臨到相當的衝擊及改變,本科所屬的口腔顎面外科是牙醫學的一個次專科,近年來受到智慧醫療的發展、新穎的治療方式的介入、法規及社會制度的調整等,使得其產業結構,也面臨了相當重大的變化。本研究的目的,係針對在台大醫院口腔顎面外科在因應資訊及業務型態改變之情況下,利用系統性的方式進行分析,並提出組織轉型及發展策略,期望在劇烈改變的環境中,使本科仍得以持續成長並永續發展。 研究的方法係先針對口腔顎面外科進行產業分析,以波特的五力分析、產業驅動力及策略競爭者定位分析等方式進行產業分析,其中策略競爭分析部分係依據口腔顎面外科的指標性手術、術式的新穎或獨佔性、醫院規模等因素進行資料彙整與探討,並分析不同的口腔顎面外科訓練機構特性及優劣勢,以確認本科目前的定位,進一步提出台大醫院口腔顎面外科的組織改造計畫,回顧本科目前所面臨的問題,並列出價值網與價值創造規劃,進而提出可行的競合策略及成長策略規劃方案,最後則提出組織變革與轉型之規劃。 本研究已確立了本科將以「台大口腔顎面外科成為國際間口腔顎面外科學卓越之醫師養成訓練中心」為願景,並本諸「誠信、熱情、當責、創新、團隊合作」之價值主張,針對內部組織文化進行改變,注意人才與資源的有效的媒合及應用、並以醫療技術的創新及與院外的合作,提供更多元的服務及教研多角化發展,對於分院的擴展及協同反饋策略之落實,進而達成「使臺大醫院牙科部口腔顎面外科成為國際口腔顎面外科領域所師範的標竿」之使命。 Lifestyle and social systems have received considerable impacts and changes concerning the advancement of information and digitization in recent years. Oral and maxillofacial surgery is a sub-specialty of dentistry. The intervention of novel treatment methods, the adjustment of laws and social systems, etc., have impacted on the industrial structure of oral and maxillofacial surgery. The motivation of this study is to analyze the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery of National Taiwan University Hospital in response to changes in information and business models. Therefore we can propose organizational transformation and development strategies, which make our department of oral and maxillofacial surgery can grow and develop continuously even in a rapidly changing environment. Industrial analysis on oral and maxillofacial surgery by using the methods based on Porter's five forces analysis, industrial driving force, and strategic group analysis was performed in this study. The strategic group analysis made for oral and maxillofacial surgery was based variables such as crucial index surgery, novelty or exclusivity of operation, hospital size, etc. We, therefore, confirm our position after throughout analysis the characteristics and superiority of different oral and maxillofacial surgery training institutions. We also review the current problems in our department and list the value network and finally propose the plan of organizational change and transformation. The vision of our department as becoming an elite international doctor training center for in oral and maxillofacial surgery has been established based on the conclusion in this study. The value proposition of our department is based on integrity, passion, commitment, innovation, and teamwork organizational culture. Change, pay attention to the valid matching and application of talents and resources, and provide more diversified services and diversified development of teaching and research through the innovation of medical technology and cooperation with outside the hospital. Our department will become an international benchmark in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery. |
