| dc.description.abstract | 本論文研究主題為探索LED植物燈在美國市場中的行銷策略。LED二極體照明產品在過去的十幾年中已經逐漸普遍,LED因節能,體積小、壽命長等優勢漸漸讓傳統燈具勢微,在日常生活照明以外,還有其他的應用間接用來改善人類生活,例如用於室內植物照明,提高產能,避免受天氣影響等。本論文採用個案分析研究方法,先就SWOT分析及STP行銷理論做闡釋,再以LED燈具設計製造A公司為個案研究對象,就其公司現狀、產品、設計能力、生產及近年營收資訊,利用SWOT分析A公司的優劣勢及面臨的機會與威脅,訂定不同的策略應對,再以STP行銷理論就其公司、市場規模環境、產品、市場區隔,價格、市場定位等面向進行分析,並依此提出未來公司改善方向建議以及相關之行銷策略如自有品牌或是新市場等建議。 | zh_TW |

One of the unique and newly developed applications of LED lighting is for indoor plant growing. To seize the business opportunities in such niche market, this study applies SWOT and STP analyses to investigate the marketing strategies of LED plant lighting business with a case study of the company H.
