醫師若發生職業倦怠情形,可能會影響醫療品質與病人安全。牙醫被為為是醫學領域中壓力最大的醫學科別;而牙醫師所面臨的工作壓力,與職業倦怠發生情形有關。有關牙醫師職業倦怠情況,目前國內外未有全國代表性樣本之調查。此外,目前少有研究納入工作相關的特性,以探討影響牙醫師職業倦怠之因素。本研究目的為探討牙醫師職業倦怠的情況,以及探討影響牙醫師職業倦怠的因素。 方法 本研究採分層比例隨機抽樣法,針對全國22 縣市領有執業執照,並於健保特約醫事服務機構執業之6,669位牙醫師,以郵寄問卷方法進行調查,並以多變數反覆加權法,使樣本結構與母體結構分佈一致,以多元羅吉斯迴歸進行統計分析。 結果 本研究回收率為14.9%,研究結果發現,27.0%牙醫師有職業倦怠情形;多元羅吉斯迴歸分析發現年齢、醫病關係及肢體暴力與威脅,與職業倦怠呈顯著相關。 結論 年齡較輕、與較少病人維持有意義長久關係,以及經歷過肢體暴力與威脅的牙醫師,職業倦怠勝算比較高。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Background and objectives
If physician has burnout, it may affect the quality of healthcare and patient safety. Yet investigation with national representative sampling has not taken place at home and abroad. Moreover, few researches have included work-related characteristics to study factors of dentist burnout. The objective of this study is to investigate prevalence of burnout and related factors among dentists. Method This study uses stratified proportional random sampling. We mailed anonymous questionnaires to 6,669 dentists who practicing for the NHI medical services. Multivariate logistic regression is used for statistical analysis. Result Response rate is 14.9%. This study finds that 27% of dentists are burnout. The result of multivariate logistic regression show that age, doctor-patient relationship and physical violence are related to burnout. Conclusion Younger dentists who maintain a meaningful long-term relationship with fewer patients and experienced physical violence and threats have higher odds of job burnout. | en |
