摘要: | 提升新創企業創業成功的機率是值得研究探討的主題。提摩斯(Timmons) 「機會(opportunity)、資源(resource)、團隊(team)」模式和沙曼(Sahlman)「POCD架構」(People、Opportunity、Context、Deal)中的各項關鍵因素並不是靜態的。都強調創業過程中的動態發展, M公司對此採取積極學習的態度及方式進行創業及創新的修練。學習可以獲得各種創新管理知識和技術技能;可以獲得資金來源訊息及資金人脈資源;可以獲得產業發展的方向和新機會訊息;可以提升團隊成員的技術技能及管理能力。面對環境機會動態的改變,願意學習、提供學習機會、建立學習文化、鼓勵個人及團隊學習,達到獲得資源、強化團隊、適應環境、識別機會,進而促成幫助個案M公司創業創新的進一步發展。
個案M公司以產品微笑曲線策略、產品藍海發展策略和破壞式創新滿足消費者需求,以創新方式發展聚醯亞胺薄膜材料技術及產品,順利達成損益平衡獲利,創新策略成功協助新創M公司順利度過創業初期,進入擴張階段。聚醯亞胺薄膜材料各種創新應用,如軟性顯示器、軟性太陽板等,使得M公司成長性值得期待。但是創業者及團隊仍然須面對股權稀釋的風險。 The opportunity to enhance the success of start-ups is worth exploring the topic. Timmons Model (opportunity, resource and team) and Sahlman POCD (people, opportunity, context, and deal) Model are stressed the dynamic development of entrepreneurship process. The case M company take a positive attitude and approach to entrepreneurship and innovation practice. Learning can get a variety of innovative management knowledge and new technical skills; can get the source of funds information and financial resources; can get the direction of industrial development and new opportunity for the polyimide industry information; can enhance the new technical skills and management capabilities of the team members. Facing the dynamic change of environmental opportunities, willing to learn, provide learning opportunities, establish a learning culture, encourage individuals and team to learn, to achieve access to resources, strengthen the team cooperation, adapt to the market application, identify opportunities, and thus contribute to the case M company entrepreneurship innovation is further development. The product development strategy of the M company was to adopt a smile curve strategy, blue ocean strategy and destructive innovation strategy to meet customer demand in polyimide film materials, and successfully achieved profit. The M company successfully through the start-ups initial business stage, and into the expansion phase. The polyimide film product is a variety of innovative application, such as flexible display, flexible solar panels, and to be making M company growth worth in the near future. However, the entrepreneur and the team still have to face the risk of stock dilution. |
