海外曝險之國家風險管理機制的建構：以A金控公司為例

Abstract

風險管理是一項富挑戰性且不容易成功的工作，風險是無可避免且無處不在的，企業必須做出關鍵的決策、謹慎管理風險，讓它成為企業的優勢。 至於如何做好風險管理，因各行各業所面臨的情況不一，而有不同的作法。當金融控股公司及旗下子公司從事海外金融市場業務時，應儘量辨識所牽涉的國家風險，以及可能遭受的損失，藉由衡量及規劃，於出現無法預知的狀況時能有因應措施，能有效的降低損失程度。 整體而言，風險管理之目的並不是消除風險，而是管理風險。金融控股公司應建置妥適的衡量和監控與及時的控制系統，以達到有效的風險管理效益。此金融控股公司可成為風險管理的標竿，這些有效的風險管理實務可以提供個案研究及最佳實務的案例展示風險管理的建構機制，並引領其他金控公司追隨其腳步，讓其他金控公司學習其良好的經驗。
