Abstract: | 隨著台灣和周邊鄰國高齡化時代的來臨以及飲食習慣的改變,蛀牙和缺牙比例越來越高,牙醫器材以及植牙的需求也不斷攀升,台灣每年就有數十萬根植牙的需求。本文以作者本身已申請通過專利的3D植牙手術定位導板(專利申請案號:106104597)作為研究對象,說明此一新技術如何改善過往植牙的問題,並利用SWOT和商業模式地圖等學術理論架構分析此專利未來的商業模式、發展策略和競爭優勢。 Aging trends and dietary changes have increased the ratio of cavities and tooth loss. The demand for dental equipment and dental implants continue to rise steadily, with the annual demand for dental implants in Taiwan reaching more than several hundred thousand each year. This study examines the author's patented 3D surgical stent (Patent Application Number: 106104597) to see how it improves upon traditional dental implant surgical procedures and issues. This study also uses SWOT and the business model canvas to analyze the potential business model, corporate strategy, and competitive advantage of this patent. |
