摘要: | 近期忠泰集團攜手Chanel、FENDI創意總監卡爾拉格斐(Karl Lagerfeld)宣布在台中打造法式時尚頂級豪宅「老佛爺」,坐落於台中精華地段。過去忠泰建設也曾與台灣、日本、澳洲、美國、法國、英國、荷蘭、新加坡等地知名設計團隊合作,期望打造獨一無二的建築。本次的跨海合作案不僅是台灣集團國際實力的展現,更可以作為未來更多類似合作案的先驅。本研究透過深度訪談整理出老佛爺建案合作過程,期望可以做為業界未來的參考。 Recently the JUT Group collaborated with Chanel and FENDI creative director Karl Lagerfeld and announced their plan to build French-style luxury apartments at a prime site in Taichung. In the past, the JUT Group has collaborated with renowned design teams from Taiwan, Japan, Australia, the US, France, the UK, the Netherlands, and Singapore, hoping to create unique construction projects. This current project is not only a display of the national competitiveness of this Taiwanese business group, but will hopefully pave the way for other cross-industry collaborations in the future. This study compiled details about the collaborative process behind the process that can serve as a reference for other industry players. |
