dc.description.abstract | 本文使用美國專利及商標局1995年至2015年之廠商核准專利資料,研究糖尿病照護市場內行動醫療新興廠商之專利表現及知識來源。本文依據新興廠商提供之產品或服務之不同組合分類,分別就廠商之專利技術、引證專利技術及非專利引證三分面深入分析。結果發現,不同產品組合類型的廠商具有不同的專利技術及專利演進過程。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Using patent data granted by USPTO form 1995 to 2015, this paper investigated patent performance and the knowledge source of the emerging mobile medical firms in diabetes care market. This article classified the emerging mobile medical firms by the type of product portfolio, and analyzed the patented technology, patent citation and non-patent citation of the emerging mobile medical firms respectively. The result shows that the firms with different type of product portfolio have different evolution path of patented technology. | en |
