摘要: | 嵌段共聚物因為在溶液裡具有自組裝的特性和其在固態有相分離的特性故被廣泛的研究。常見的嵌段高分子的合成方式分為四種,使用大分子起始劑、一鍋化法、高分子後修飾和超分子鍵結。在我們先前的研究裡,2,2′:6′,2″三聯吡啶和修飾上官能基的2,2′:6′,2″三聯吡啶在分別接上3-己基噻吩和聚乙二醇後,加入鋅離子(II)可以形成兩種超分子剛/柔三嵌段共聚物,並利用1H NMR、DOSY NMR來鑑定。
藉由調控這些三嵌段共聚物的剛/柔比例可以控制其在溶液中的自組裝型態。而後,我們嘗試不同混和溶劑的比例去形成微結構,在不同的時間尺度下用AFM和TEM去觀察微結構的形貌變化,進而預測三嵌段共聚物自組裝的機制。 Block copolymers have been well-studied due to their tunable self-assembled structures in solution and microphase-separated morphologies in the solid state. There are four common synthesis methods: construction from macroinitiator, one-pot synthesis, post modification, and supramolecular connectivity. In our previous work, 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine and anthracene-functionalized terpyridine were coupled with P3HT and PEO, respectively. In the presence of Zn(II) ions, the rod-coil-rod and coil-rod-coil triblock copolymers were obtained, and the resultant copolymers were characterized by 1H and DOSY NMR. It was found that the self-assembled morphology could be controlled by adjusting rod/coil ratios. Furthermore, the self-assembly process was studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) at different timeframes in different mixed solvents. According to the morphological result, the self-assembled mechanism of supramolecular copolymers was proposed. |
