dc.description.abstract民國83年10月至民國85年2月間,以電魚法在淡水河上游南勢溪的支流哈盆溪進行花鰍(Cobitis taenia)的採集,探討其棲地選擇、雌雄性別差異、外部形質、生殖週期、族群變化等,研究其生殖與生態學方面的特性。
花鰍在棲地的選擇方面,偏好底質為細砂且水深較深處,可能是此處提供花鰍覓食與避敵的場所。
哈盆溪花鰍體長與體重的關係式為:雄魚:log W=2.70 log TL-4.77,雌魚:log W=2.62 log TL-4.56,雌、雄魚之間斜率無顯著差異,但截距有顯著差異。雌、雄魚的比例為1.32:1,雌魚的總數顯著多於雄魚。體長在80mm以下時,雄魚多於雌魚,90mm以上,雌魚多於雄魚,而100mm以上即無雄魚被捕獲。雌魚的平均體長為79.1mm,最小性別可辨識體長為76.1mm,最小生殖成熟體長為80.3mm,最大捕獲體長為120mm,都顯著比雄魚的78.2mm、66mm、68.3mm、96mm來得大。體型較大的花鰍(>70mm),可以由其胸鰭的長度分辨其雌、雄,雄魚的胸鰭較長,雌魚較短。
從雌魚之生殖腺外觀月變化、生殖腺成熟度指標月變化、肥滿度和體軀肥滿度月變化與卵徑分佈頻度看來,哈盆溪的花鰍為多次生殖之魚類,研究期間其生殖集中在6月到11月之間,其中8月至9月為生殖高峰;此地花鰍的生殖週期可能與環境因數的改變有關,氣溫的上升、雨量的變化都會影響花鰍之生殖。花鰍的平均單次排卵數(孕卵數)為954.2顆/隻(CV=19.9%),孕卵數與體長、體重、生殖腺重呈正相關,顯示體型較大的雌魚會有較大的孕卵數,推測這是雌魚傾向體型較大的原因。
除了因為下雨而導致有採樣誤差以外,哈盆溪花鰍的族群十分穩定,新生魚群在民國84年的1至4月加入族群,主要生殖群(80 - 100mm)在生殖季開始以前開始增多,族群數量在生殖季後先降後升。
