dc.description.abstract鯉卵巢液具有分解身纖維的能力,此等能力的表現以血纖維溶解?原之活化具有密切的關係。利用Caproyle-p-aminobenzamidine sepharose 4B親和管柱可將該等具有溶解身纖維能力的物質抽出,稱之為血纖維溶解?原活化物,它的活性為9.66 Ploug單元/毫克,約為Urokinase的1/80,但老先以Trpsin-sepharose 4B親和管柱處理卵巢液,再抽取?原活化物,則可將活性提高20倍,?原活化物的最適PH值為7.5,而Urokinase則為7.5~8.0。目前所得的?原活zh_TW
