| dc.description.abstract | 人類的資訊尋求過程與資訊需求的滿足並非僅憑藉主題上的相關就能完整地解釋,通常還涉及了資訊需求者所處的情境、認知與時間變化等因素。因此研究資訊需求者本身與其他判斷者間「相關判斷」結果的差異,除了能瞭解「相關判斷」的特性,並可進一步分析判斷者「相關判斷」的行為與探究判斷者判斷結果之一致性。 本研究之研究對象包含了資訊需求者與次判斷者,係以公共衛生學院的18名研究生為資訊需求者,次判斷者則包含兩種類型,一為公共衛生學院的其他18名研究生,一為18名圖書館學研究所研究生;目的在於分析比較他們之間判斷文獻資料相關程度的結果與特性;研究者在透過檢索前晤談後一一進行線上檢索,產生研究用的文獻組;並將文獻組與檢索問題交由各判斷者進行相關判斷;在得到所有相關判斷結果後再利用統計軟體進行分析比較。 本論文研究結果發現:資訊需求者閱讀判斷所花費的時間最少,進行相關判斷時最常依據「摘要」欄位,最容易選擇的閱讀欄位為「題名」與「摘要」。公衛次判斷者則擁有最為嚴謹的判斷結果,相關判斷結果間的個別差異最小,亦最常依據「摘要」欄位來進行相關判斷,最容易選擇的閱讀欄位亦為「題名」與「摘要」,判斷類型以「完全一致」居多。至於圖館次判斷者則花費在閱讀與判斷的時間最多,判斷的態度也最為鬆散,最常依據「敘述語」欄位來進行相關判斷,最容易選擇的閱讀欄位則為「題名」與「敘述語」,判斷類型以「部份重合」(距離為1)居多。綜而言之,公衛次判斷者不僅在判斷結果上與資訊需求者最為一致,且其判斷行為與特性亦多與資訊需求者有一致的傾向。 本研究冀望探究分析的結果能喚起我們重視資訊需求者本身的資訊需求,加強與讀者間的溝通晤談;並能重視讀者研究,繼續研究讀者過濾、選擇與尋求資訊的行為與特性;同時也可間接審視圖書館學系學生具備其他學科背景的重要性。 | zh_TW |
