| dc.description.abstract | 本篇論文探討我國國立大學圖書館圖書購前查證作業，探討議題計有：購前查證的意義與內容、查證工具及其效率與成本、薦購單書目訊息、組織與人員、自動化的影響，以及國內國立大學圖書館購前查證的作業現況及問題。 購前查證作業包含書目查證、複本控制、預編建檔等三項作業，其功能在於避免不必要的複本進館、協助圖書館控制圖書經費、促使購書迅速確實、提供書目資訊進行預編建檔、協助控制館藏的完整性。 購前查證作業，在現在深受整合型自動化系統的影響，已傾向將採訪組購前書目查證及複本查核與編目組之編目前查尋作業及複本控制合併，組織型態的調整有四種較為明顯的類型：合併至採訪組、合併至編目組、合併置於書目服務組之下、分散至讀者服務單位。購前查證人員所須具備的條件乃：瞭解圖書館館藏目錄狀況、瞭解書目查證工具的特性、能掌握書目查證工具的資訊市場、要有耐性及正確的判斷力及冷靜的頭腦、良好的溝通能力。 國內國立大學圖書館較常使用的查證工具如下：BIP Plus、 Global BIP Plus、 B&T Link、 BiblioFile、 OCLC CAT CD450、國立中央圖書館全國圖書資訓網路等“計算成本的工式乃： 書目工具每年維護費+ 〔薦購單數x每筆查證時間x每筆人力成本〕 針對探討國內現況問題，提出如下的建議事項：編輯中文圖書資料的BIP/BOP、出版社編輯出版資訊廣告時書目項目力求完整、查證人員應設法掌握薦購來源、光碟書目資料庫應儘量上校園網路、購前查證人員的訓練及人力問題，此外對於購前查證組織調整有如下建議：1．成立採編組，完成所有的採訪、書目查證及編目建檔作業。2．書目查尋及預編建檔作業由編目組進行，但是採訪組與編目組間做人力的交流，以促使彼此的瞭解，使作業順暢。3．成立書目查尋單元，置於採訪組，人力由採訪組與編目組共同組成。 | zh_TW |
