| dc.description.abstract | ，利用指導的實施與規劃是很重要的項目，其包含的範圍非常廣。國內外對於相關主題的討論很多，尤其在圖書館普遍接受自動化的觀念之後，對於利用指導的討論更加踴躍，希望能將新科技與讀者服務的活動相結合以提高效益。然而，從以前到現在，圖書館設計的活動大多是從館員的立場著眼，來假設讀者需要那些知識而傳達資訊，因此，多為主觀的訓練而少考慮讀者的實際需求，多為技術上的資訊而少學理方面的探討，尤其在活動實施之後，少有理想的評鑑計劃能持續追蹤成效如何。長久以來，圖書館學理論上的研究著重於技術服務的層面，相對之下，讀者服務較少有學理上的探討，縱使有也多為有關心理學方面研究如何與讀者溝通，但對於如何去設計一個良好的讀者利用指導，甚少有深入的探討，圖書館一直忽視的這個問題，其實是很重要的。因此，如何加強讀者利用指導理論上的研究，對於實際的作業有幫助，是提升讀者服務層次的最好方法。 針對圖書館在設計利用指導時的不足，近來學者以教育學上的教學設計理論與之加以結合，收到很好的效果。這是一個值得重視的問題，將其他學科的技巧運用在指導設計上，不但可增加其內涵，表現得更有專業性及深度，最重要的是圖書館對利用教育的重視。而大學圖書館由於具有研究的特性，一向很強調利用指導的重要性，故許多文獻的探討都是以大學圖書館為例子，運用教學設計的模式設計合乎需求的指導計劃。國外雖有這方面的實例，但國內的研究多為理論上的探討，少有實際應用的情形，因此，本研究試圖將教學設計的模式，真正運用在國內大學圖書館的利用指導，俾供我們未來在設計利用指導計劃時的一個參考。 本研究首先引介圖書館的利用指導與教學設計的基本概念，說明教學設計模式運用在圖書館利用指導的理論與實例。而後，綜合各種設計理論，並以Kemp之教學設計模式為主，提出一套適當的模式，實際以台大文學院圖書分館為例，依照其步驟設計利用指導活動，希望能以教學設計的理論法礎製訂出更適用、更完善的利用教育計劃。 | zh_TW |
