dc.description.abstract | 隨著資訊時代的來臨,學術的分科日漸精細,各種媒體資料不斷增加,如更有效率的蒐集、選擇、組織、檢索、分類與運用各種學術性資料,是一項重要課題。歐美大學圖書館逐漸調整傳統的組織形態,設置學科專家負責學科資料的選擇、分編與讀者服務等工作,期使大學圖書館與教學研究能密切配合。 我國目前並無學科專家的設置。在圖書館的相關法規標準中也沒有將其定位。但從現今大學圖書館讀者需求逐漸增高的趨勢與前瞻性的眼光來看,學科專家的設置確實有必要。 本論文首先探討歐美國家學科專家的意義與在大學圖書館的實施狀況,採取值得借鏡的部份;並擇要訪問國內幾所大學圖書館館長與學者專家,探取其對我國設置學科專家的意見;最後對我國大學圖書館學科專家的設置提出規劃步驟,提供未來採用學科專家時之參考。 | zh_TW |
