| dc.description.abstract | 資訊爆炸時代的圖書館，普遍面臨空間及經費不足之壓力。本研究以書目計量法中引用文獻分析法，分析1989?1993年間臺灣出版之三種學術性化學期刊引用文獻，以觀察臺灣地區化學研究人員引用文獻之特性，如平均引文數量、引用資料類型、引用資料時間分佈及最常被引用之化學核心期刊；並據統計數據計算化學領域引用文獻半衰期實際觀察值，及利用以伯頓－凱布勒(Burton-kebler)公式推算半衰期之理論推測值，而後加以比較，以證明伯頓－凱布勒公式之適用性；進而分別計算期刊文獻及圖書二種不同類型資料半衰期實際觀察值及理論推測值，以說明不同資料類型資料對半衰期的影響；另以每種核心期刊為對象，計算各期刊半衰期實際觀察值及理論推測值，再與〔science citation Index Journal citation Report〕（簡稱JCR）查得之期刊被引半衰期相互比較。 本論文研究結果，在引用文獻特性方面，每篇化學期刊刊載之文章平均引用22.86篇文獻，引用最多之資料類型為期刊文獻，而只需八種核心期刊即可滿足三分之一的引用需求。在半衰期計算比較方面，整體化學領域文獻半衰期實際觀察值為10.6271年，而以伯頓－凱布勒公式推算之理論推測值為10.5959年，顯示訪公式臺灣地區化學文獻老化研究上仍可適用；而被引用期刊文獻和圖書半衰期之實際觀察值分別為10.3281年及12.5764年，證明不同資料類型其老化速度亦會不同；至矜比較八種化學核心期刊半衰期後得知，大致而言實際觀察值和理論誰測值仍比較接近，而與〔JCR〕查得之被引期刊半衰期則有不小之差異，可能是地域、語文不同所產生的影響，因此參考〔JCR〕數據時，應特別注意。 本研究籍由引用文獻分析法進行文獻老化研究，希能因此瞭解文獻老化之趨勢，並驗證數學模式之這用性，以提供圖書館制定館藏發展淘汰政策時參考。 | zh_TW |
