dc.description.abstract | 本研究包括東亞家蝠(Pipistrellus abramus)野外棲所調查、巢箱選擇實驗,以及降落行為實驗。1992年8月至1992年9月間,進行野外棲所調查的結果顯示,東亞家蝠棲所的位置包括:房屋屋頂與牆壁的縫隙中、屋頂鄰接牆壁的夾縫中,以及房屋和屋上加裝物之間的縫隙中,其棲所並沒有面對特定的方位。東亞家蝠較少使用街道上相連的房屋,而較常使用獨棟的舊式房屋做為棲所。在棲息地點的選擇上,有東亞家蝠棲息的房屋,其四周五公尺以內,以及五至五十公尺之間的四面棲地,顯著地有較多比例的植被與較少比例的建築物。 1992年7月至1992年11月的巢箱選擇實驗中,東亞家蝠顯著地傾向選擇有較長隔板、附有降落板,以及位於測試用鐵籠內相距較長之兩端的巢箱棲息,但其對於縫隙寬度的選擇則無顯著差異。重複受測試之有經驗的東亞家蝠會在更短的時間內完成巢箱的選擇。此外,東亞家蝠在縫隙中的棲息位置,無論是在何種寬度的縫隙,均以縫隙頂端為最多;棲息在開口處的隻次隨著縫隙的加大而減少;棲息在縫隙中段的隻次最少。來自不同棲所的個體會混?居住在同一巢箱,甚至同一縫隙中,無明顯分隔現象。 1992年11月至1992年12月的降落行為實驗結果顯示,棲息於屋簷的蝙蝠只會企圖降落在室內的牆上,而棲息於日光燈與天花板之間縫隙的個體則傾向降落在日光燈上。此外,二棲所個體在巢箱及松鼠籠中居住一個月後,再重覆一次降落行為實驗時,其降落行為仍有顯著的不同,顯示先前的棲息經驗會影響之後棲所位置的選擇。 | zh_TW |
