| dc.description.abstract | 在圖書館的實務作業上，「網路」這個名詞並不陌生以圖書館自動化的過程而言，「網路化」無疑是一個重要的階段，透過網路的連線，圖書館之間可以避免許多無謂的資源浪費，而達到互惠共用的目的；當然讀者也可以經由網路來查得各類資訊，並且從中分享圖書館自動化的成果。然而除了一般性的網路服務外，圖書館應考慮配合國內外網路環境變革的趨勢，加強提昇其既有網路的功能。本研究乃基於此點，嘗試將「加值網路」這種高附加價值的網路引進應用於圖書館網路作業上，希望對於國內未來圖書館的網路發展能提供一點助益。本研究係採文獻分析法，第一章除了說明研究的動機、目的、範圍限制外，也將本文所參考的重要文獻做一簡略摘述。第二章則著重在加值網路的介紹，包括加值網路的意義、功能、附加價值及其可能應用之範圍。此外也探討其與其他網路的區別、並且略微涉及其網路結構等較技術層次的內容。第三章所探討的重點是有關加值網路應用於圖書館網路作業上所必須考慮的因素，包括：（一）國家電信網路發展政策；（二）圖書館自動化標準的需求；（三）字碼的標準問題；（四）網路通訊的規約；（五）網路管理問題，這幾個問題真正克服後，加值網路的應用方能發揮最大之功效。第四章係參考其他相關文獻並配合國內網路環境，做進一步規劃以及網路成本之探討。最後歸納出研究後的若干結論，並提出一些建議，以供圖書館界網路負責人員之參考。 | zh_TW |
