| dc.description.abstract | 摘要 衡量一所圖書館館藏質與量是否合宜(adequacy)，往往需要藉助館藏評鑑以瞭解之。雖然已有不少的圖書館文獻描述各種評鑑的方法與技術，但卻少有實際進行測試，以評估它們被當成評鑑工具的可信程度。 因此，本論文擬以羅培茲法為例，進行國立臺灣大學六類自然科學西文館藏之評鑑，包括：數學、物理學、化學、地質學、植物學、動物學等六學科。比較此六類館藏品質對於其所屬的科系支援研究的程度，期能提供研究結果，作為臺大圖書館改善此六類西文館藏，及未來進行其他館藏深度評鑑的參考。 所謂「羅培茲法」乃是由評論性書目中隨機抽樣相當數量的書目，以此書目的引用書目製成書單以核對館藏，將館內所能獲取的資料之引用書目，再當成第二層的核對書單，進行館藏核對，依此推衍至第四或第五層，並對每一層可獲得的資料給予加權分，最後核計每層加權得分及最後總分，以顯示出館藏可獲得的資料比例。 研究結果顯示臺大圖書館六類西文館藏品質之排名，依序為：物理學類、化學類、植物學類、數學類、動物學類，及地質學類。六類館藏可獲率的高低分佈與各類館藏品質排名順序一致，均以物理學類為首，地質學類較弱。研究過程發現若縮小各層加權數之間的差距，並不影響評鑑的結果，若加權分的高低分佈情況改變，則評鑑結果有異，因而可証明羅培茲法中，各層加權給分的高低排列順序，將會影響最後的評鑑結果。 因此，建議評鑑之初需要根據評鑑對象的資料需求特性，決定採用的加權分系統，若是強調新穎資料的重要性，則應維持加權數由高分至低分之排列順序，若評鑑對象並不強調資料的新穎程度，可給予愈下層愈不易維持的資料較高的權數，此外，並可根據評鑑結果，作為臺大圖書館館藏發展的參考，以加強館藏品質較弱的學科。 | zh_TW |
