| dc.description.abstract | 大學圖書館線上資訊檢索服務對從事學術探討與教學研究時,資料收集的效率與效能而言,實是不可或缺的重要工具,故致力於推廣線上資訊檢索服務的利用,應有其必要性,而藉由行銷中所提供完整之策略規劃,可使得推廣服務有效地進行。本論文即針對我國台灣地區北部十所大學圖書館的線上資訊檢索服務進行調查研究,並獲致以下結論與建議: 1.各大學圖書館線上資訊檢索服務推廣活動規劃尚未完全應用行銷觀念,且並未與教學環境相互結合,作為支援教學資源的重心,但館員服務推廣意願頗高且已有部分行銷雛型的建立,惟缺乏整體規劃實施。 2.各館普遍上書面推廣介紹資料稍嫌不足,且與談者接觸點與溝通管道並未建立完整架構,缺乏主動出擊的魄力與前瞻性。 3.未來線上資訊檢索服務將以光碟為主導趨勢,擁有寬闊的發展空間與遠景。 4.利用電腦網路連線增加檢索點與接觸機會,加強使用上的便利性,並藉資訊與圖書館的結合,應用行銷,提昇形象,讓學生與教授認知線上資訊檢索服務已成為教學研究上的必備工具,經由瞭解、接受並進而具體實踐。 | zh_TW |
