dc.description.abstract | 1974年8月1975年10月,由本省各地罹病之鰻、鯉、鯽、錦鯉、泥鰍與虹鱒等淡水養殖魚分離出23株F.columnaivo菌株。本研究檢討六種分離培養基(Cytophaga agai medified Cidal’sagai medified Cytonhaga agai modified Rentoniged milk agai teion & founoleiy;s agsi與Pentoniged-milk-Acti-feivoin & fouileiy’s agai與Pentoniaed-milk-Acti-dione agai)之分離效果,及觀察分離菌在形態上培養條件生化特性,藥劑感受性與人工感染試驗上之差異,得下述之結果: (一)、六種分離培養基都具分離效果,但以medified Pentoniged miek agai之分離效果較好。培養基添加neomycin sultate與actidiene可抑制F, cotumnain 與黏液細菌以外之雜菌與徵菌之生長。 (二)、23株分離菌均由病魚之鰓及體體表之患部分離出來,由內贓來分離到本菌,但由組織切片則觀察到本菌存在。 (三)、23株分離菌在形態,培養條件,生化學特性與藥劑感受性上幾乎呈均-的結果,與過去之研究幾無差異。即本菌?一種革蘭氏陰性,具屈曲運動性之長桿形黏液細菌(myxotacteium)。生長溫度?5?35℃。耐?度?0.5%Nace以下,不?生子實體及微孢子囊。以modificd Hugh-Leifson method測對gluceie之利用?發酵性,但以Simon & white’s method,則?負反應。 (四)、人工感染實驗顯示本菌對泥鰍,鯉、鯽有病原性(pathogenicity),但對鰻之人工感染則無法成功,有關此顯著之差異,有待進一步探討。各種感染方式中議菌浴造成之死亡率?最高,致死時間上而方言,則鯉較泥鰍?短。 (五)、本菌對Chloiamphemicol,tetiacydine,Dleandemycin,nalidinic acid,nitio-fuiantoin,novoliocinn與Suliocxa-sole?Senaitine。 | zh_TW |
