dc.description.abstract | 為調查台灣養殖草蝦的弧菌病,因此比較數種酵素免疫分析法之靈敏度;重複性;操作所需時間;步驟的複雜程度與對特殊儀器的需求。考量現場之應用,自數據得知ABC間接免疫點漬法對診斷受感染卻未出現症狀的蝦體最適合。此法之靈敏度高達只需100 cells即可診測出。結果的擭知於5.5小時內完成,亦可憑肉眼判讀結果。實驗所用之抗體皆以單株抗體混合液取代多株抗體,以提高抗體對抗原的專一性。此外,為瞭解ABC免疫點漬法之可行性,乃自養殖場採集蝦苗至成蝦等體長不等的蝦子加以分析。而以細菌分離法證明ABC間接免疫點漬法的正確性。希望藉由此法之診斷,提供業者預警的訊息。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In a survey of vibriosis in cultured shrimp in Taiwan, several enzyme immunoassays were compared for sensitivity ,reproductivity, time consumption, technical complexity and instrumentation requirements. Considering the field application, the indirect immunodot assay using avidin-biotin complex proved to be the most the detection of subclinical shrimp. It can detect 10 2organisms per hepatopancreas. color results are clear-cut, and results are available within 5.5 hours. These test kits are made specific by using monoclonal antibody reagents. Field surveys from 1arvae to adult have been described in order to realize ABC immunodot assay. This technology of the feasibility may change the emphasis from disease control to hea1th monitoring and, in turn, benefit shrimp farmers. | en |
