dc.description.abstract | 1.Aeromonas hydrophila的弱毒性活菌、福馬林殺死菌、加熱死菌及聲波粹取物當做抗原,免疫鰻魚,都可以誘使抗體的產生。 2.四組抗原處理鰻魚後,皆在第四星期左右抗體效價達到最高,以後則迅速下降。高效價抗體存留的時間頗短。 3.四組抗原中以弱毒性活菌免疫鰻魚所產生的抗體效價最高,在第四星期抗體效價達到512。福馬林殺死菌免疫鰻魚後也在第四星期抗體效價達到最高,?256。加熱死菌則在第五星期達到最高,?128。至於聲波粹取物免疫鰻魚,抗體產生很低,在第四星期抗體效價達到最高,僅?64。 4.弱毒性活菌免疫鰻魚後的第四星期,以病原株做攻擊實驗,結果與對照組有顯著差異。顯示抗體對鰻魚的再次感染具有保護作用。 5.弱毒性活的經口服免疫鰻魚,2個月內都無法診測出凝集抗體。 6.Aeromonas hydrophila經聲波振破處理之粹取物,由Sephadex G-100分析得到兩個部份:A部分含6個成份,B部分含2個成份,其中一個成份重覆出現。推斷誘使抗體產生的大部分成份包含在A部分內。 | zh_TW |
