dc.description.abstract | 圖書的損壞是中外圖書館界所共同面臨的一項難題。造成圖書損壞的因素很多,舉凡人?、水、火、光線,溫溼度等,以及紙質本身的酸化,都是導致圖書損壞的原因,諸多因素中又以紙質酸化和環境因素發生的機率最高,且往往是在人們不知不覺中,便侵害了圖書,因此如何避免酸化及環境因素的破壞,乃?圖書維護的當務之急。鑑於國外圖書館界近年來投注相當的人力、財力於這方面,而國內則尚在起步中,遂以此?論文研究主題,希望能促使國內圖書館界儘快展開相關的研究與實際的保存維護行動。 本研究採文獻分析法,首先研析中西方圖書的歷史演進,說明現今圖書的構造形式,並就近年來歐美各國對圖書資料的維護與保存所做的種種努力,和國際圖書館協會聯盟於1986年所成立的保存維護計劃做一敘述。其次析述中國造紙的發展沿革,紙與造紙術的向外傳播與發展,及圖書用紙的種類。繼之,探討造成紙質酸化的因素,計有主要造紙原料的改變、製紙過程中造成的傷害、空氣中的二氧化硫及受到其他物質的感染等,介紹包括含水及不含水的去酸法,蒸發方式的去酸法和嗎?去酸處理法等的早期重要的大量去酸法,以及現今大量去酸的兩大主流——美國國會圖書館研究發展的二釔鋅氣去酸法和史密斯(R. D. Smith)所發明的韋陀去酸法。再就常使書籍毀於無形的溫度與濕度、光線、黴菌、昆蟲、老鼠與空氣中的有害氣體等六項環境因素,分別研討其對圖書造成的損害及防治的方法。 最後就以上研究做一總結,並依據研究心得,提出若干建議,供國內圖書館界參考。 | zh_TW |
