dc.description.abstract | 自民國79年4月到民國80年3月,利用刺網,在臺北縣鳥來鄉桶後溪採集石□。測量體重、體長,解剖、生殖腺切片及卵徑分析,以瞭解石□肥滿度的月變化、生殖腺發育及孕卵數,進而瞭解石□的生殖週期及生殖策略。 雌石□在尾叉長12公分時,達性成熟個體已有半數。大部分月份捕獲的石□性比率合於1:1的假說,但在12月、2月顯著不合於1:1的假說,在非生殖季性比率變化大的原因,可能與取樣方法及石□的季節移動有關。 石鱸的體重、尾叉長關係式為: Log BW=-1.774+3.005 log FL 肥滿度的月變化呈雙峰狀,9月及12月各為最低點。 利用生殖腺外觀將生殖腺分為七期,發現石□生殖季從3月底到10月初,高峰期為4至6月,7月已有個體生殖腺萎縮,12月則有個體開始另一生殖季的發育。成熟個體GSI大小與體長無關,表示成熟個體卵巢發育期與體長無關。卵巢切片證明石□為多次性產卵,其單次排卵數、尾叉長關係式為: log SF=8.7X10 -3+2.5 log FL 總孕卵數、尾又長關係式為: log TF=1.039+4.6 log FL 石□的孕卵數多、多次性產卵、延長的生殖季,故認?較傾向γ-生殖策略者,而在台灣不穩定的溪流環境中,有更多幾會利用較合適的生殖時段,完成種族繁衍的任務。 | zh_TW |
