| dc.description.abstract | 本篇論文是以卵巢的脂質含量的季節變化及與成熟的相關關係來推測並討論黃鰭鮪的產卵活動，所得結果顯示： 1．台灣南部近海黃鰭鮪的產卵活動主要在夏季（4至8月），盛產期為4至6月。 2．脂質含量有隨GI值的增大而增加的傾向。 3．水分含量與脂質含量兩者成相反關係。 4．卵徑和孕卵數的大小亦隨脂質含量的增加而增加。 5．當卵巢的脂質含量在10％以上時，即可認為屬成熟期。 6．卵巢中脂質含量的月別變化正好與GI值的月別變化相一致，因此卵巢中脂質含量的大小與卵巢的成熟有很顯著的相關關係存在。 7．由上述結果推測卵巢隨成熟而肥大的現象，在卵巢內卵粒數目及脂質含量之增加可能是其主要原因之一。 | zh_TW |
