| dc.description.abstract | 本研究的目的在探討我國圖書館學系科畢業生就業狀況、工作滿意程度及學用配合情形，故選擇台大圖書館學系、師大社會教育學系圖書館學組、輔大圖書館學系、淡江教育資料科學系、世新圖書資料科七十三、七十四年畢業之男生及七十五、七十六、七十七年畢業之男女生，共一，二七一人進行普查，回收有效樣本五九八份，回收率為47.05%。回收資料利用社會科學統計套裝軟體（SPSS）進行次數分配、卡方檢定及變異數分析統計，並比較畢業生就業狀況、工作滿意程度及學用配合情形在性別、畢業學校、學校時制、畢業時問、是否從事圖書館相關行業及是否曾修讀輔系或副主修等變項上是否具顯著差異。 研究結果發現： 一、我國圖書館學系科畢業生就業情形較其他大專院校系科畢業生平均就業率為佳；每月薪資平均集中於一萬五千元至二萬五千元間；其獲得目前工作的途徑以「自行應徵」、「親友介紹」、「公職考試及格分發」等為主；選擇工作的考慮因素為「學用配合」、「符合興趣」、「工作具挑戰性」等；共同的工作困擾為「實務經驗不足」、「缺乏專業知識」、「缺乏更高學位」、「外語能力不足」等。 二、從事本行之畢業生，以任職於專門圖書館暨資料單位、大學暨學院圖書館及公共圖書館居多，工作性質則以分類編目、一人圖書室（或小型圖書室）及典藏閱覽居多。 三、整體畢業生工作滿意程度僅達「尚可」程度，其中男性高於女性，日間部高於夜間部，從事非本行者高於本行，曾修讀輔系或副主修者高於未修讀者，各校畢業生以師大滿意程度最高，其次為台大、淡江、輔大、世新。 四、畢業生對學校圖書館專業課程的滿意程度為「尚可」；認為對其目前工作最有幫助的課程為「圖書分類編目」、「圖書館自動化」、「參考工作與參考資料」、「電腦相關課程」及「圖書館實習」等；而認為應加強或增設的課程則是「圖書館自動化」、「圖書館實務與實習課程」、「統計學」、「推廣服務」、「圖書館管理」等。 | zh_TW |
