dc.description.abstract本實驗自1989年7月至1990年3月從全省各主要斑節蝦養殖地區所採集到的檢體共321件,其中眼睛變白有83件,寄生蟲感染69件,肌肉白濁有55件,黃鰓者有43件,黑鰓者有27件,眼球脫落者有21件,肢體殘缺者有17件,其他有6件,顯示隨著斑節蝦養殖面積的急速增加,本省養殖之斑節蝦罹病情形有增加的趨勢。
從罹病斑節蝦的眼睛、肝胰腺、鰓及肌肉所分離到的細菌,以弧菌(Vibrio)為最多,在271菌株中,弧菌有164株,佔60.6%,其他細菌依次Aeromonas, Nonfermenter, G(+) Coccus, Enterobacter及G(一)Coccus。
比較宜蘭地區斑節蝦發病池與正常蝦池水質狀況,發現兩者在水中主要細菌相,有所不同。從池中之氨-氮、亞硝酸-氮、總生菌數、池底氧化-還原電位等,可看出發病池之水質較正常蝦池為差,惟斑節蝦養殖池因池底普遍鋪有海砂,故水質狀況較一般草蝦池為佳.
於眼睛變白的斑節蝦之眼睛所分離出來的弧菌經生化特性鑑定為Vibrio metschnikovii,且經病原性試驗結果發現經人工感染後,其組識病理變化與野外養殖斑節蝦罹病症狀相同。
於肌肉白濁之斑節蝦體所分離出來的弧菌經生化特性及病原性試驗證實為Vibrio alginoiyticus,此弧菌會造成斑節蝦肌肉變白且鰓、肝胰腺、淋巴器官、肌肉均出現有明顯的炎症反應及壞死病灶。病變情形以肝胰腺及淋巴器官最為嚴重,而在心臟、胃、卵巢等器官則未發現有病變產生.
在藥物敏感性試驗方面,發現Chlortetracycline,Oxytetracycline,Chloramphenicol,Oxolinic acid及Furazolidone對V. metschnikovii及V. alginolyticus之MIC值均相當低(0.19-1.56mcg/ml,0.39-1.56mcg/ml) ,顯示該五種藥劑對此兩種弧菌均有良好的治療效果,惟應審慎用藥,並遵守停藥期,以維護養殖物衛生安全.
