dc.description.abstract | 自民國76年12月至77年9月,按月在澎湖菜園地區採集養殖牡蠣為樣本,調查牡蠣外殼附著動物之種類組成,季節消長與空間分佈。以及經淡水沖洗或曝曬4?5日後,其附著動物之種類組成,空間分佈及覆蓋的變化。並探討覆蓋率與牡蠣死亡數及扁蟲三者之間的關係。 牡蠣外殼的附著動物種類共計28種:包括海綿動物、腔腸動物、苔蘚動物、貝類、多毛類、甲殼類及海鞘等。種類出現的時間各有差異,如端腳類Elasmopus sp. 出現於冬季及春初,海綿Mycalidae及Sycettida sp. 出現於夏末,海鞘Styela plicata大量出現在夏季。附著動物種類在空間分佈上也有不同。如端腳類Elasmopus sp.、海鞘Styela plicata、多毛類Hydroies elegans於上、中、下三層皆有出現。水螅Sertularia symplectoscyphus分佈於上層;海綿Mycalidae及Sycettida sp. 多分佈於上、中層。苔蘚蟲Dakaria subovoidea多分佈於中、下層。 經過去除處理的牡蠣串其覆蓋率(x=3.20,n=4)為未經處理者(x=26.01,n=4)之12%,扁蟲的出現數,在處理者(4±0, n=4)較未處理者(16±0,n=4)為低。經處理的牡蠣其肥滿度(34.81±16.9) 較未處理者(28,8±11.6)為高,所以清洗具有效果。 就牡蠣死亡數與覆蓋率及扁蟲出現數三者之關係而言,三者間是正向相關(r=0.671,n=14, P<0.01) ,而扁蟲出現數與牡蠣死亡數之相關程度(r=0.648,n=14, p<0.01)較覆蓋率與牡蠣死亡數之相關程度(r=0.332, n=4,0.01<p<0.05)為高。 | zh_TW |
