dc.description.abstract | 本實驗針對罹患土壤絲菌症(Nocardiosis)之大嘴鱸魚Largemouth bass進行細菌之分離,鑑定及其感染後之組織病理學進行研究,同時利用所分離之細菌進行人工感染實驗,以瞭解其病原性。 本感染症為全身性之慢性感染,病魚行動遲緩,體色變黑且體側出現潰爛之病灶。鰓、鰓蓋內側、肝、脾、鰾及腎等器官中出現散發性或密集性之黃色?結,此為膿瘍及巨噬細胞浸潤之病變。本症之病原菌為革蘭氏陽性,具弱耐酸性及呈分枝狀。在生化測定上,認定該菌為Nocardia sp.在組織病理上,所有發現病癥之內臟器官,其主要病變為膿瘍及巨噬細胞浸潤。在病理組織切片中,均發現該菌之存在。感染最嚴重的器官為前腎、腎、鰾及脾等。 | zh_TW |
