| dc.description.abstract | 本論文主要目的在瞭解目前我國大學圖書館女性館員於圖書館工作類型分佈之特色，進而分析大學圖書館女性館員在個人背景因素、薪資所得、學經歷程度及國家考試資格、擔任主管職務等方面的情形，並與大學圖書館男性館員作一比較。研究方法採文獻探討與問卷調查，藉由文獻分析並參酌目前國內大學圖書館界女性館員之各項情況，編擬「我國圖書館館員工作類型調查問卷」，作為研究工具，調查對象包括國內十六所大學圖書館的男女性館員，共計發出242份問卷，回收之有效問卷為188份，其中女性為165人，佔87.77％；男性23人，佔12.23％，回收率為75.6％。利用「社會科學電腦統計程式」(SPSS)，進行資料處理。 研究結果顯示，國內大學圖書館館員以女性館員居大多數，這些女性館員的年齡分佈半數以上在30歲到39歲之間，已婚者居多，本省籍與外省籍人數相差不大，若有生育孩子則以擁有2個孩子者人數較多。目前大學圖書館之女性館員教育程度以獲得學士學位者最普遍，每月薪資平均為20,000元至25,000元，絕大多數尚未具有國家考試資格。至於工作類型方面，國內大學圖書館女性館員之選擇，偏向於技術服務部門，希望擔任「組員」職位。此外，大學圖書館在遴選圖書館高階層主管職位時，仍受到性別的影響，男性的機會大於女性。 | zh_TW |
