| dc.description.abstract | 館際互借(Interlibrary Loan)是館際合作項目之一，其目的在於資源的分享(Resource Sharing)，而利用自動化系統（如電腦）及網路協助圖書館作業，近年來發展相當迅速。為了使電腦能促進館際互借作業之進行，本論文訪問臺灣大學、中山科學研究院、清華大學、中央標準局、臺北榮民總醫院、中央圖書館、國科會科資中心及臺北市立圖書館等八個單位館際互借處理程式，利用系統分析方援予以分析，以建立我國各圖書館之間館際互借應用層通訊作業模式的建構原則、程式與資料格式標準。 本論文之研究程式如下： 1．以訪問法實地訪問選定之圖書館館際互借作業程式，依據此訪問資料，運用系統分析方法，分析其作業流程，並將分析之結果作對照比較，找出相同及相異處，作為分析及制定通訊交談程式依據。 2．就目前各圖書館之間傳送的資料格式(Information Format)及資料內容加以研究分析，據此建立圖書館之間，館際互借資料傳送的基本項目及內容。 經由訪問及系統分析之結果比較之後，得到建議系統之組成包括： 1．系統的基本處理程式：共分為三個層次描述，並就向外申請查詢、外來申請查詢、收發資料處理、結帳作業等四方面說明各個處理程式之詳細描述。 2．系統的資料流：分為圖書館與讀者之間的資料流、圖書館與館際合作組織中心間的資料流、圖書館與圖書館之間的資料流等三方面，並就此三方面之資料流做詳細說明。 3．系統的檔案包括：向外申請圖書資料檔、向外申請期刊資料檔、外來申請圖書資料檔、外來申請期刊資料檔、圖書聯合目錄檔、期刊聯合目錄檔、本館圖書目錄檔、本館期刊目錄檔、讀者檔、館際合作代表人檔等十種。 4．系統的資料流程圖（參見圖4-1第81頁）。 5．系統的資料字典（參見附錄B）。 最後，論文之中並提出系統修改之步驟、原則，及電腦化應考盧之因素。 | zh_TW |
