dc.description.abstract本實驗測定菜豆發芽期間之Peroxidase與IAA oxidase活性的結果,發現此二種酵素活性,在不同的器官中,有很大的差異。在同一器官中,Peroxidase與IAA oxidase活性的變化,亦無平行的關係,故Peroxidase不一定具有IAA oxidase的活性。IAA對於此二種酵素的活性有促進作用。惟在子葉中,IAA可抑制Peroxidase活性。GA3可抑制此Peroxidase與IAA oxidase的活性,並可促進莖部長高。
以電泳分析isoperoxidases的結果,共得到七種□ isoenzyme,即:A1,A2,A3,C1,C2,C3,C4。在發芽期間,isoperoxidase Pattern隨發芽日數及植物器官的不同而變化。A3?根部所得特有的isoperoxidase,此一isoenzyme可能與IAA的氧化作用有關。GA3與IAA對於isoperoxidase pattern只有數量上的影響,而沒有使其發生性質上的改變。

dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this oxperiment is to study the changes of actvieies of peroxidase and IAA oxidase during the germination period of bean. Even at the came organ, the activity of peroxidase does not parallel to that of IAA oxidase. So peroxidase does not always express the activity of IAA oxidase. IAA can promote the activity of peroxidase and that of IAA oxidase in plant tissues except the cotyledon. GA3 first inhibits the activities of peroxidase and that of lAA oxidase, and then promotes the growth of stem.
The peroxidase can be separated into seven isoenzymes by starch gel electrophorcsis. The isoperoxidase pattern in different organs vary with the age of seeding. The effects of GA3 and IAA on isoperoxidase patterns are quantitative rather than qualitative.
