| dc.description.abstract | 館際互借(interlibrary loan)是館際合作項目中最基本最直接的合作方式，其最終目的在於資源的共用(resource sharing)。我國目前的館際合作仍以館際互借?主，?求瞭解我國目前館際互借實施的成效及其未來的發展，本論文乃以我國最大的兩個館際合作組織——人文社會科學圖書館合作組織及科技圖書館暨資料單位館際合作組織的212個圖書館?研究對象，以問卷法調查其館際互借的現況及問題，分析影響其館際互借功能的三個要素，以?評估此兩個館際合作組織館際互借實施成效之依據： 1．館際互借資料獲得率(success/fill rate)的問題； 2．館際互借處理及?覆時效性(time effectiveness)的問題； 3．館際互借申請量的多寡及分佈情形(magnitude and distribution)。 經由調查分析及綜合討論之結果發現： 一、兩個館際合作組織館際互借資料的獲得率頗高，大多數的圖書館獲得率都在80％以上。影響資料獲得率的主要原因?： 1．聯合目錄等工具書的缺乏； 2．負責館際互借的指定代表人處理申請的態度不確實； 3．館際互借的政策及限制之影響。 二、兩個館際合作組織館際互借申請的?覆時效並不高，大部份的圖書館從提出申請到獲得資料，約需經10到20天的時間。影響館際互借時效性的主要原因?： 1．負責館際互借的人力缺乏； 2．指定代表人處理申請的態度不確實； 3．館際互借申請量過多的影響； 4．館際互借使用的傳遞方?湯慢之影響。 三、兩個館際合作組織館際互借申請量的多寡及分佈情形有下列三種現象： 1．不論那一類型的圖書館，其外來申請量之平均數皆大於向外申請量之平均數。 2．少數幾個館藏較大，資料訂購經費較多的圖書館負擔了大部份的外來申請量； 3．館際互借申請量過多及人力缺乏是少數幾個申請量較大的圖書館在處理館際互借申請時造成延遲?覆的重要原因。 最後，本論文根據上述之研究結論提出九點建議，作?改進我國館際互借系統之參考。 | zh_TW |
