| dc.description.abstract | 本論文主要目的在瞭解臺北市國民小學圖書館工作人員對於所從事的圖書館工作之態度,並進而分析影響國民小學圖書館工作人員工作態度的因素。在方法上兼採理論探討與調查研究。藉由理論及有關文獻的分析,並配合臺北市國民小學圖書館實際情況,編擬「臺北市國民小學圖書館(室)工作人員工作態度調查問卷」,作為研究工具。調查對象包括臺北市123所國民小學的167位實際擔任圖書館工作的人員,問卷回收達80.84%,有效問卷共128份。資料分析所使用的統計方法為:平均數差異顯著性考驗和多元迴歸分析方法。 研究結果顯示,臺北市國民小學圖書館工作人員的工作態度,在學校圖書館功能與服務,以及圖書館工作與人際關係兩層面的認知程度最佳。影響工作態度的重要因素,計有成就需求、變異需求、親和需求和慈愛需求人格特質,年齡、性別、擔任圖書館工作原因、擔任圖書館工作年資、職位、圖書館學和視聽教育背景等個人背景,以及創造和人情組織氣氛。根據研究的結果,筆者建議首應由教育部明訂國小圖書館工作人員的專業資格及養成辦法;其次,各國民小學應提供利於改善工作態度的工作環境和機會。 | zh_TW |
