dc.description.abstract | 本實驗之目的在於探求甲狀腺去除後,對於腦下垂體中性腺激素—激濾泡素(FSH)與黃體生成素(LH)二者濃度之影響。所用實驗動物為Sprague-Dawley純系成熟雌性大白鼠。FSH以Steelman-Pohley之卵巢重量增進法測定;LH以Parlow之卵巢維生素C消竭法測定。實驗結果顯示,雌性大白鼠在去除甲狀腺二個月以後,腦下垂體中FSH之濃度與正常者無顯著差異,而LH濃度則較正常者減少,約為正常之40%。且去甲狀腺之雌鼠,其動情週期延長,卵巢及子宮重量減輕,卵巢重量為正常者之58%,子宮重量為正常者之63%。卵巢中之濾泡生長正常而黃體數目減少。以上諸結果似暗示:甲狀腺去除後諸等生殖功能之改變,受LH之影響較FSH為甚。 | zh_TW |
