| dc.description.abstract | Con A會使血球凝集，而經CTX作用過之血球，發生凝集所需之Con A量約為未經CTX處理之5倍，顯示CTX會使細胞膜發生變化，可能是使Band 3的狀態發生改變。根據前人的研究，我們推測Con A會影響CTX在紅血球的binding。但是在CTX使血球溶血的試驗中，我們發Con A作用過之血球，其溶血率與對照組並無明顯差別，而在membrane fragility test中，發現Con A亦會使血球變得較脆弱，此作用應會使CTX作用較迅速，可能因而抵銷了CTX與紅血球結合的減少。電子顯微鏡的形態觀察，可以看出CTX使紅血球外觀發生改變，而從細胞膜組成分的分析，得知 CTX可使細胞膜蛋白質與細胞膜骨架之間結合鬆散，減低protein與protein之間的in situ attachment。 | zh_TW |
