| dc.description.abstract | 國立臺灣大學向以學術地位崇高而馳名海內外，其圖書館亦以館藏豐富而?外界人士所欽羨，惟校內師生對本校圖書館卻頗多抱怨，館方亦時感管理不易，本論文即針對此一問題，探討其圖書館在現行分散管理方式下的整體作業機能，並期研擬具體改進方案。 本研究係以在校師生?取樣對象，並以問卷及訪問進行圖書館使用情形調查，調查結果發現使用者對圖書館普遍反應確實不佳，同時也發現圖書館作業機能欠佳的原因在於行政權未統一及館藏太過分散，欲徼其弊，惟有在行政集中的大前提下，考慮分館配置。與文獻分析所得相符，本研究除針對時弊及考慮臺大實際狀況，提出較理想的圖書館經營策略，並對館務發展亦提供若干建議，作?館方日後重建新館時整體規劃之採參。 | zh_TW |
