| dc.description.abstract | 在目前各校圖書經費普遍不足的情況下,如何將有限的經費,作合理的分配,是半個世紀以來,圖書館學者與行政人員致力研究的課題。本研究旨在瞭解國內各大學圖書經費分配運用現況,透過國內各大學圖書館館長及採錄組主任之意見,找出分配各系購書費宜考慮之因素,並綜合前人研究結果,建立一套適合我國大學各系購書費的分配公式。 本研究主要採問卷調查法,首先蒐集有關文獻及國外既有分配模式計26種,據以參考編製「我國大學各學系圖書購置經費分配方式調查問卷」,對國內公、私立大學及獨立學院計29所學校發出問卷共59份,?收率達93.22%。統計方法主要?平均值檢定t值測驗、均方差差異性檢定F值測驗、平均值差異性檢定t值測驗及變異數分析F值測驗。 研究結果獲得國內各大學圖書館館長及採錄組主任普遍認?分配各系購書費之重要因素,計有12種之多,並發現公、私立學校間對12種因素之意見並無差異;但綜合大學與獨立學院間,以及館長與採錄組主任間對其中幾種因素之重要性看法有差異。然根據擬採用因素資料的獨立性、可量化性、易得性與普遍性等原則,將12種因素過濾篩選後,本研究結果建議國內大學各系購書費分配公式宜採用之因素?:各學系?員人數、學生人數、研究計劃或建?合作計劃數、?學指定參考用書冊數以及圖書平均價格五種,同時並演算出分配公式供各校實際作業採用。 此外,本研究根據分析結果,提出以下建議藉供改善目前大學圖書經費分配運用現況之參考:1.確認圖書館對圖書經費分配運用之權責;2.圖書館應確實做好年度圖書經費預算;3.聘請專家或置專人專責館藏規劃與評鑑工作;4.各館宜考慮影響各系圖書需求因素,採用經費分配公式,公開處理圖書經費分配作業。 | zh_TW |
