| dc.description.abstract | Mojave toxin的兩次單元能夠由Sp-Sephadex層析柱分離,將已分離的次單元以Molar ratio l:1混合後,可恢復到原來的毒性。當Mojave toxin由分離的次單元結合成複合體時,伴隨著Fluorescent emission intensity大輻度的減少同時emission maximun向短波長移動5 nm的現象。利用此現象求出Mojave toxin複合體的平衡解離常數 Kd = 4×10(-10)。Mojave toxin以〔125I]標識後,毒性不受影響,〔125I] Mojave toxin和天竺鼠大腦神經鍵體(Synaptosome)有專一性結合。Crotoxin能夠和〔125I]—Mojave toxin競爭結合體。 | zh_TW |
