| dc.description.abstract | 理論與實務的平衡，是任何一種專業?育中最重要的特質，在幾個公認的專業工作中，如醫學、法律、?育、社會工作等，其專業人員的?育和訓練，實務經驗都佔有極?重要的地位；圖書館事業要想建立起專業地位，必須先由專業人員的?育著手，而圖書館專業?育的目的，除了要培養理論基礎深厚的優秀館員外，更要確保其具有處理實務的能力；因此，圖書館實習的價值與實施方式向來都深受從事圖書館?育者所關切。本論文即針對此問題進行意見調查研究。 本研究以國內四所大學（台大、師大、輔大、淡大）圖書館學系（組）之任課老師、大四學生，以及該四校之圖書館員?調查對象，採用問卷調查法進行調查研究。 問卷結果顯示：大多數的填答者都肯定圖書館實習的功能，而且實習應該授予學分，最好於大三下至大四下學期實施，理想的實習地點?各校校內之圖書館及成立實習圖書館，實習的最大困擾?學生被充當?工讀生，以及缺乏適當之指導等；根據調查之結果，研究者提供若干建議，並試擬一份實習計劃，希望藉供改進實習課程之參考。 | zh_TW |
